Overview - Cylinder Head: Notes
- Cylinder Head Gasket
- Replacing. Refer to CYLINDER HEAD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Installed position: the part number faces the cylinder head
- Change the coolant and engine oil after replacing
- Bolt
- 25 Nm
- Engine Lifting Eye

- Replace after removing.
- Loosening. Refer to Loosening the cylinder head .
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Cylinder Head - Tightening Specification and Sequence .
- Cylinder Head
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CYLINDER HEAD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Checking for distortion. Refer to Cylinder Head, Checking for Distortion .
- Change the coolant and engine oil after replacing
- Do not rework the upper sealing surface
- Only replace together with the cylinder head cover
- CHECK VALVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- Replace after removing.
- Loosening. Refer to Loosening the cylinder head .
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Cylinder Head - Tightening Specification and Sequence .
- O-Ring
- Only 2.0L Engine
- Check for damage
- No replacement part: included in the cam adjustment actuator delivery package
- Coat with engine oil

- Removing and Installing. Refer to CAM ADJUSTMENT ACTUATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
