Overview - Release Cable, Routing Release Cable Inside Engine Compartment

• Ensure correct seating when installing.

-- Route the release cable starting from the inside the vehicle into the engine compartment along the fender flange and toward the coupling inside the lock carrier.

-- Attach the release cable to the windshield wiper motor bracket from underneath using the clip -6-.

-- Fasten the release cable to the suspension strut mount using a clip -arrow-.

• 6 Nm

• Attach the release cable to the windshield wiper motor bracket from underneath with a clip.

• 3 Nm
