Hood Seal, Removing And Installing

• Remove from the lock carrier on the sides.
• When installing, insert it into the lock carrier starting at the body flange.
• Press seal all the way onto opposite side in steps.
• Compress the excess length along the plenum chamber bulkhead.

-- Remove form the front cover

-- Clean the adhesive surface with Cleaning Solution -D 009 401 04- before installing.

-- Pull off the protective film and position it at the location where it was removed.

-- Press the seal onto the front cover.
