Turbocharger Nut Tightening Sequence and Specification

-- Tighten the nuts in 4 passes in sequence -1 through 5- as follows:

First pass, tighten the nuts to 5 Nm.
Second pass, tighten the nuts to 12 Nm.
Third pass, tighten the nuts to 16 Nm.
Final pass, tighten the nuts to 25 Nm.
