   • Replace

   • Replace
   • Tightening sequence. Refer to Fig 2
   • Coat the exhaust manifold stud bolts with hot bolt paste. For hot bolt paste.

   • 35 Nm

   • Replace
5. Coolant Supply Line

   • 9 Nm
7. Turbocharger
   • Can only be replaced with exhaust manifold and vacuum diaphragm.
   • Removing and installing. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

   • 30 Nm
9. Bracket
10. Support
11. Bolt
    • 30 Nm
12. Bolt
    • 30 Nm
    • Coat the bolt with hot bolt paste; hot bolt paste.
13. Nut
    • 30 Nm
    • Replace
    • Do not open when removing turbocharger
    • Coat the exhaust manifold stud bolts with hot bolt paste. For hot bolt paste.
14. Clamping Strip

-- Tighten the nuts -1 through 5- in four steps as follows:

-- 1. Tighten the nuts to 5 Nm.

-- 2. Tighten the nuts to 12 Nm.

-- 3. Tighten the nuts to 16 Nm.

-- 4. Tighten the nuts to 25 Nm.
