General Information And Components

The headlamp range control must be adapted to the different loads because of the different angles of the vehicle. This is especially important to prevent glare by oncoming traffic.

On Halogen headlamp systems the range control can be set manually. Bi-Xenon headlamps have automatic range control.

Advanced Front Lighting System (AFS) = cornering lamp
