- On vehicles with electronically-controlled damping (Audi magnetic ride), the control position must be reprogrammed using the Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051B each time a shock absorber is replaced.

- Not installed on vehicles with electronically controlled damping (Audi magnetic ride).

- Removing and installing, refer to SUSPENSION STRUT .

- Surface of spring coil may not be damaged.

- Note installation direction.
- Nut
- 60 Nm
- Always replace after removing it.
- Suspension Strut Dome
- Bolt
- 15 Nm + 90° turn
- Always replace after removing it.
