Removing

NOTE:

-- Remove the engine cover -1-.

-- Remove bolts -arrows- and remove the air guide.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the air filter housing.

-- Disconnect electrical connector -1-.

-- Remove brake light switch retaining bolt -2- from brake master cylinder.

-- Remove brake light switch down from brake master cylinder and remove switch upward from retaining tab.

Installing

-- Install in reverse order of removal. Make sure that top of switch is seated correctly in retaining tab when doing so.

NOTE:

The brake light switch is not adjusted.

-- Install the air filter housing and tighten the bolts -arrows-.

-- Install the air guide and tighten the bolts -arrows-.

-- Install the engine cover.
