Parking Brake Handle

Removing 

-- Release parking brake.

-- Remove center console trim. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Turn adjusting nut on compensator -4- until left and right of parking brake cable -5- can be disengaged from compensator.

-- Remove parking brake switch -2-. Refer to PARKING BRAKE SWITCH .

-- Remove nuts -3-.

-- Remove parking brake lever from vehicle.

Installing 

-- Installation is performed in reverse sequence.

-- Install parking brake switch. Refer to PARKING BRAKE SWITCH .

-- Tension parking brake cable with compensator adjusting nut -4-.
