Tunnel-side side trim, removing and installing: Notes

Removal

Remove seat → Front seats (standard seat), removing and installing .
Mount the fixture for seat repair VAS 6136 on the engine and transmission holder VAS 6095.
Attach the front seat to the fixture for seat repair VAS 6136.
Loosen footwell cover retaining strip from side panel Footwell cover retaining strip, loosening .

Position a screwdriver to head of plastic rivet - 2 - (2x).
Pry out plastic rivet - 2 - (2x) by turning the screwdriver.
Disengage side panel - 1 - toward top.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal. When doing so, note the following:
