- CHECK FOR DTC
- Clear the DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2013 - ] .
- Check for DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2013 - ]

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BATTERY - SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY LH - BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the S12 seat heater control sub-assembly LH connector.
- Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition S12-1 - Body ground Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition S12-5 - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY LH
- Remove the front seat cushion heater assembly LH. Refer to REMOVAL [10/2013 - ] .
- Inspect the front seat cushion heater assembly LH. Refer to INSPECTION [10/2013 - ] .

OK: Go to next step
- INSPECT FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY LH
- Remove the front seatback heater assembly LH. Refer to REMOVAL [10/2013 - ] .
- Inspect the front seatback heater assembly LH. Refer to INSPECTION [10/2013 - ] .

- INSPECT REFRESHING SEAT SWITCH
- Remove the refreshing seat switch. Refer to REMOVAL [10/2013 - ] .
- Inspect the refreshing seat switch. Refer to INSPECTION [10/2013 - ] .

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REFRESHING SEAT SWITCH - AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the D63 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- Disconnect the D62 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- REPLACE SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
- Replace the seat heater control sub-assembly LH. Refer to DISASSEMBLY [10/2013 - ] .
