Side Marker Lamp And Turn Signal Housing, Removing And Installing

Removal

NOTE:

When Installation, reinstall all cable ties that were loosened or cut during removal in the same locations.

-- Turn off the ignition and remove the key.

-- Turn the headlamp switch to "0".

Vehicles without S Line Equipment:

-- Remove air intake grille -1- in upper part of bumper cover -arrow-.

Vehicles with S Line Equipment:

-- Remove the brace -1- for the air inlet grille from the bumper cover in the sequence shown in direction of -arrows A through D-.

-- Disengage the air inlet grille -2- at the spot identified with in direction of -arrow E-, move it the side and remove it from the upper part of the bumper cover.

All Vehicles:

-- Remove screws -arrows- and remove housing -1- from bumper cover.

-- Disconnect electrical connectors -1- and -2-.

-- Cut through cable ties -arrow-.

Installation

NOTE:

When Installation, install cable ties at same location.

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Insert housing in bumper.

Guides -1- must engage in mounts on bumper cover -2- in direction of -arrow-.
