Right Coolant Pipe On Transmission, Removing And Installing: Removing

NOTE:

When installing, bring all cable ties back to same positions.

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Remove the right front wheel. Refer to WHEEL, CHANGING AND MOUNTING .

-- Remove the generator. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the vacuum hose -1- from the air guide pipe connection.

-- Loosen the clamps -arrows- and remove the air guide pipe.

-- Remove the bolt -1- from the right coolant pipe on the transmission.

-- Loosen the hose clamp -2-.

-- Remove the right engine mount. Refer to ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

NOTE:

Ignore item -4-.

-- Disconnect the connector -3-.

-- Press the release buttons and remove the secondary air hoses -1-.

-- Remove the nuts -2- and loosen the nut -5-.

-- Remove the Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor -V101- and bracket.

NOTE:

Ignore item -1-.

-- Remove the bolt -2- for the Ground (GND) cable on the right longitudinal member.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the right engine support -1-.

NOTE:

Ignore items -2 and 5-.

-- Disconnect the connector -4-.

-- Remove the nuts -1 and 3- and free up the B+ wire on the starter.

NOTE:

Ignore item -3-.

-- Remove the bolts -1- from the right coolant pipe on the transmission.

-- Remove the bolt -2- from the ATF pipe.

-- Free up the wiring harness and remove the right coolant pipe from the transmission
