Coolant Hoses, Assembling

-- Install the coolant hose on the connection as follows:

• Slide the coolant hose -6- coolant hose onto the connection -1- as far as the stop -3-.
• If there is no stop, slide the coolant hose 28 mm onto the connection.
• The arrow marking -4- on the coolant hose must align with the arrow marking -2- on the connection. A line may be used as a marker instead.
• Only uses undamaged clamping sleeves -5- that match the ones used in series production.
• Position the clamping sleeves between the colored markings -7-.
• Adjust the position of the tabs on the clamp so that there is as much clearance to surrounding components as possible.
