Right Suction Jet Pump, Removing And Installing, Vehicles With 6.0L (V12) Engine: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Install the right suction jet pump into the guide and push on it until it clicks.

-- Push the delivery line through the opening on the right side of the fuel tank and into the left fuel tank chamber.

-- Reach through the opening on the left side of the fuel tank and install the delivery line -1- on the fuel delivery unit until it clicks.

-- Attach the fuel lines -3- and -4- to the left locking flange until they click into place.

-- Connect the connectors -1- and -2- on the bottom of the left locking flange.

-- Install the new seal for the left locking flange dry.

-- Bring the left locking flange into the installation position:

• The tab -2- on left locking flange faces toward the arrow marking and must lie between tabs -1- and -3- on fuel tank.

-- Install the left locking flange cover Figure.

-- Insert the frame into the floor covering, refer to Interior Trim .

-- Install the left single seat and the left 2/3 seat bench seat cushion in the second row of seats, refer to Seat Frames .

-- Before installing, check the routing of the wires on the Fuel Level Sensor -G-.

-- The wire must be clipped into the tabs -arrows- as illustrated.

-- Insert the fuel level sensor -G- into the guide and press it down until it clicks into place.

-- Install the right fuel delivery unit, refer to Installing .
