Overview - Fuel Delivery Unit/Suction Jet Pump/Fuel Level Sensor, Vehicles With 6.0L (V12) Engine

Transfer Fuel Pump - G6- and Fuel Level Sensor - G- (right clamp)

  1. Fuel Level Sensor -G-
  2. Right Suction Jet Pump
  3. Connector
    • For the Transfer Fuel Pump -G6- and the Fuel Level Sensor -G-
  4. Fuel supply line
    • To the metering pump for the auxiliary heater
    • Do not kink
    • Clipped in on fuel tank
    • Connector couplings, disconnecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
  5. Fuel Return Line
  6. Fuel supply line
  7. Locking Ring
    • Remove and install with the Wrench - Fuel Sending UnitT10202
    • Tighten to 110 Nm
  8. Seal
    • Replacing
    • Install dry
  9. Right Locking Flange
  10. Fuel Return Line
  11. Fuel Supply Line
    • From suction jet pump, left side
    • Clipped to the right fuel delivery unit -item 12-
  12. Right Fuel Delivery Unit
  13. Retaining Ring
    • Welded to the fuel tank

Fuel Pump - G23- and Fuel Level Sensor 2 - G169- (left clamp)

  1. Left Suction Jet Pump
  2. Fuel Return Line
  3. Fuel Supply Line
    • From suction jet pump, right side
    • Attached to the left fuel delivery unit -item 10-
  4. Connector
    • For the Fuel Pump - G23- and Fuel Level Sensor 2 - G169-
  5. Fuel Return Line
  6. Fuel supply line
  7. Locking Ring
    • Remove and install with the Wrench - Fuel Sending UnitT10202
    • Tighten to 110 Nm
  8. Seal
    • Replacing
    • Install dry
  9. Left Locking Flange
  10. Left Fuel Delivery Unit
  11. Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
  12. Retaining Ring
    • Welded to the fuel tank
