Transfer Fuel Pump - G6- and Fuel Level Sensor - G- (right clamp)
- Fuel Level Sensor -G-
- Clipped onto the retaining ring -item 13-
- For checking the resistance values, refer to Fuel Level Sensor -G-, CHECKING .
- Removing and installing, refer to Fuel Level Sensor -G-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Right Suction Jet Pump
- For the left fuel delivery unit
- Clipped onto the retaining ring -item 13-
- Removing and installing, refer to RIGHT SUCTION JET PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH 6.0L (V12) ENGINE .
- Fill the fuel tank with at least five liters of fuel after installing
- Connector
- For the Transfer Fuel Pump -G6- and the Fuel Level Sensor -G-
- Fuel supply line
- To the metering pump for the auxiliary heater
- Do not kink
- Clipped in on fuel tank
- Connector couplings, disconnecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
- Fuel Return Line
- from the fuel system cooler
- Do not kink
- Clipped in on fuel tank
- Connector couplings, disconnecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
- Fuel supply line
- To the regulator valve
- Do not kink
- Clipped in on fuel tank
- Connector couplings, disconnecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
- Locking Ring
- Remove and install with the Wrench - Fuel Sending UnitT10202
- Tighten to 110 Nm
- Seal
- Replacing
- Install dry
- Right Locking Flange
- Installed position Installing
- Fuel Return Line
- To the left fuel delivery unit
- Do not kink
- Connector couplings, disconnecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
- Fuel Supply Line
- From suction jet pump, left side
- Clipped to the right fuel delivery unit -item 12-
- Right Fuel Delivery Unit
- With Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-
- Transfer Fuel Pump - G6-, Checking Electrically, refer to FUEL PUMP, CHECKING ELECTRICALLY, VEHICLES WITH 3.0L (V6)/4.2L (V8) ENGINES THROUGH 05/2010 AND 6.0L (V12) ENGINE .
- Inserted in the retaining ring -item 13- and turned 15° clockwise to engage (bayonet connection)
- Removing and installing, refer to Transfer Fuel Pump - G6-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH 6.0L (V12) ENGINE .
- Fill the fuel tank with at least five liters of fuel after installing
- Retaining Ring
- Welded to the fuel tank
Fuel Pump - G23- and Fuel Level Sensor 2 - G169- (left clamp)
- Left Suction Jet Pump
- For the right fuel delivery unit
- Clipped onto the retaining ring -item 12-
- Removing and installing, refer to LEFT SUCTION JET PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH 6.0L (V12) ENGINE .
- Fill the fuel tank with at least five liters of fuel after installing
- Fuel Return Line
- From the right locking flange
- Do not kink
- Connector couplings, disconnecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
- Fuel Supply Line
- From suction jet pump, right side
- Attached to the left fuel delivery unit -item 10-
- Connector
- For the Fuel Pump - G23- and Fuel Level Sensor 2 - G169-
- Fuel Return Line
- from the fuel system cooler
- Do not kink
- Clipped in on fuel tank
- Connector couplings, disconnecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
- Fuel supply line
- To the regulator valve
- Do not kink
- Clipped in on fuel tank
- Connector couplings, disconnecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
- Locking Ring

- Retaining Ring
- Welded to the fuel tank
