- Retaining Ring
- Welded to the fuel tank
- Fuel Level Sensor -G-
- Clipped into the retaining ring -1-
- For checking the resistance values, refer to Fuel Level Sensor -G-, CHECKING .
- Removing and installing, refer to Fuel Level Sensor -G-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Right Suction Jet Pump
- For the left fuel delivery unit
- Clipped into the retaining ring -1-
- Removing and installing, refer to RIGHT SUCTION JET PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Fill the fuel tank with at least five liters of fuel after installing
- Right Fuel Delivery Unit
- With Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-
- Transfer Fuel Pump - G6-, Checking Electrically, refer to FUEL PUMP, CHECKING ELECTRICALLY, VEHICLES WITH 3.0L (V6)/4.2L (V8) ENGINES THROUGH 05/2010 AND 6.0L (V12) ENGINE .
- Inserted in the retaining ring -1- and turned 15° clockwise to engage (bayonet connection)
- Removing and installing, refer to RIGHT FUEL DELIVERY UNIT AND Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Fill the fuel tank with at least five liters of fuel after installing
- Supply Line to the Auxiliary Heater
- Right Locking Flange
- Installed position, refer to Installing
- Seal
- Replacing
- Install dry
- Locking Ring
- Tighten to 110 Nm
- Remove and install with the Wrench - Fuel Sending UnitT10202
- Connector
- For the Transfer Fuel Pump -G6- and the Fuel Level Sensor -G-
- Fuel Return Line
- From the fuel system cooler
- Do not kink
- Clipped in on fuel tank
- Connector couplings, disconnecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
- Fuel Supply Line
- To fuel filter
- Do not kink
- Clipped in on fuel tank
- Connector couplings, disconnecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
- Fuel Supply Line
- To the metering pump for the auxiliary heater
- Do not kink
- Clipped in on fuel tank
- Connector couplings, disconnecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
- Fuel Return Line
- Do not kink
- Connector couplings, disconnecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
- Fuel Supply Line
- Do not kink
- Connector couplings, disconnecting, refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
- Connector
- For the Fuel Pump - G23- and Fuel Level Sensor 2 - G169-
- Locking Ring
- Tighten to 110 Nm
- Remove and install with the Wrench - Fuel Sending UnitT10202
- Seal
- Replacing
- Install dry
- Left Locking Flange
- Installed position, refer to Installing
- Fuel Supply Line
- Attached to the left fuel delivery unit -20-
- Left Fuel Delivery Unit
- With Fuel Pump - G23-
- Fuel Pump - G23-, Checking Electrically, refer to FUEL PUMP, CHECKING ELECTRICALLY, VEHICLES WITH 3.0L (V6)/4.2L (V8) ENGINES THROUGH 05/2010 AND 6.0L (V12) ENGINE .
- Inserted in the retaining ring -22- and turned 15° clockwise to engage (bayonet connection)
- Removing and installing, refer to LEFT FUEL DELIVERY UNIT AND Fuel Pump -G23-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Fill the fuel tank with at least five liters of fuel after installing
- Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
- Clipped onto the retaining ring -22-
- For checking the resistance values, refer to Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-, CHECKING .
- Removing and installing, refer to Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Retaining Ring

- Different versions.
- Clipped onto the retaining ring -22-
- Removing and installing, refer to LEFT SUCTION JET PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Fill the fuel tank with at least five liters of fuel after installing

- Attached to the right fuel delivery unit -4-
