Timing Chain Guard Upper Section, Removing And Installing: Removing

Upper Left Timing Chain Guard Section

-- Remove bolts -1, 2- and then remove the heat shield.

-- Remove the left cylinder head cover. Refer to LEFT CYLINDER HEAD COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Upper Right Timing Chain Guard

-- Remove the right cylinder head cover. Refer to RIGHT CYLINDER HEAD COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the air duct hoses by loosening the hose clamps -1, 2 and 3-.

-- Press the air guide pipe downward.

-- Loosen the bolts in sequence -7 to 1-.

-- Carefully loosen the upper timing chain cover from the bond and remove.
