Selector Shaft Seal, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove screws and remove rear noise insulation -2-.

-- Remove the ball head -2- on the selector lever cable from the selector shaft lever using the pry lever80-200.

-- Remove the spring pin -1- on the selector shaft lever -2- -arrow- until it is possible to remove the lever from the shaft.

CAUTION:

Do not damage or scratch selector shaft running surface.

-- Pierce through shaft seal with a small screwdriver or scriber and pull out.
