Installed location: lower left on the underbody.
- Lock Washer
- Tightening specification: 1.5 Nm
- Underbody Protection
- Bolt
- Tightening specification: 60 Nm
- Passive Tank
- For the reducing agent.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to REDUCING AGENT PASSIVE TANK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification: 35 Nm
- Filling Line
- From the active tank.
- Clipped in on fuel tank.
- Vent Line
- To the active tank.
- Clipped in on fuel tank.
- Metering Line
- From the Reducing Agent Pump -V437- to the Reducing Agent Injector -N474-.
- With Reducing Agent Ventilation Line Heater -Z104-.
- Clipped in on fuel tank.WARNING:
Danger due to reducing agent leaking out.
- To prevent large amounts of reducing agent when opening the metering line, wait for the recirculation process to complete, refer to WORKING ON REDUCING AGENT METERING SYSTEM, VEHICLES WITH SCR CATALYTIC CONVERTER .
- Transfer Line
- To the active tank.
- Clipped in on fuel tank.
- Bolt
- Tightening specification: 1.8 Nm
- Reducing Agent Transfer Pump -V436-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Reducing Agent Transfer Pump -V436-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Hose
- From the passive tank to the Reducing Agent Transfer Pump -V436-.
- Mounting Straps
- Bolt
- Tightening specification: 35 Nm
