Reducing Agent Injector -N474-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removal

-- On a vehicle with air suspension, activate vehicle lift mode. Refer to VEHICLE LIFT MODE .

WARNING:

The reducing agent can cause skin irritation.

Always observe the safety precautions when working with reducing agent, refer to WORKING ON REDUCING AGENT METERING SYSTEM, VEHICLES WITH SCR CATALYTIC CONVERTER .
Wear protective eyewear.

NOTE:

Lay a cloth below to catch escaping reducing agent.

-- Press the release buttons -arrows- and remove the reducing agent hose -1-.

-- Disconnect the connector -2-.

-- Loosen the clamps -3- and remove the Reducing Agent Injector -N474- -4-.
