Exhaust Manifold Overview

NOTE:

The exhaust manifold is illustrated with the intermediate pipe for cylinder bank 2 (left side).

Nut
- Tightening specification: 25 Nm
- Replace
- Coat with hot bolt paste; Hot bolt paste.
Exhaust Manifold
- Removing and Installing: left, refer to LEFT EXHAUST MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING , right refer to RIGHT EXHAUST MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Seal
- Replace
Seal
- Replace
Bolt
- Tightening specification: 30 Nm + 90°
- Replace
- Coat with hot bolt paste; Hot bolt paste.
Intermediate Pipe
- Removing and Installing: left, refer to LEFT INTERMEDIATE PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING , right refer to RIGHT INTERMEDIATE PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
Nut
-- Tighten in three steps:

-- Tighten to 10 Nm.

-- Tighten to 30 Nm.

-- Tighten an additional 90°.
- Replace
Seal
- Replace
Bolt
- Replace
- Coat with hot bolt paste; Hot bolt paste.
