Radiator Overview

  1. Bolt
    • 8 Nm
  2. Retaining Clip
    • Check for secure seat
  3. ATF Cooler
    • For automatic transmission
  4. Condenser
    • For air conditioning system
  5. Clip
    • Check for secure seat
  6. Washer
  7. Rubber Buffer
  8. Radiator
    • Removal and installation, refer to RADIATOR 
    • Change coolant after replacing
  9. Grommet
  10. Bolt
    • 5.5 Nm
  11. O-ring
    • Replace
  12. Retaining Clip
  13. Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor (on Radiator) -G83-
  14. O-ring
    • Replace
  15. Coolant Hose
    • Illustration does not correspond to version in vehicle
    • Connect to the radiator, refer to Fig 2
  16. Coolant Hose
    • Illustration does not correspond to version in vehicle
  17. Coolant Hose
    • Illustration does not correspond to version in vehicle
    • Connect to the radiator, refer to Fig 2
  18. O-ring
    • Replace
  19. Bolt
    • 8 Nm
  20. Bolt
    • 8 Nm
  21. Retaining Clip
    • Check for secure seat
  22. Hydraulic Oil Cooler
    • For power steering

-- Remove the old O-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.

-- Coat new O-ring with coolant and install it in the coolant hose.

-- Press the coolant hose onto the connection -1- until it engages audibly.

-- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connection is engaged correctly.
