Coolant Hose Connection Diagram

WARNING:

Risk of scalding due to hot steam and hot coolant.

  • When the engine is warm the cooling system is under pressure.
  • To reduce pressure, cover coolant reservoir cap with cloth and carefully open.
NOTE:

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model. .

Arrows on coolant pipes and coolant hoses must line up across from each other.

  1. Radiator
    • Removal and installation, refer to RADIATOR 
    • Replace coolant after replacing
  2. Generator
  3. Oil Cooler
    • Removal and installation, refer to OIL COOLER
    • Replace coolant after replacing
  4. Cylinder Head/Cylinder Block
    • Replace coolant after replacing
  5. Coolant Expansion Tank
  6. Cap
  7. Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor -G62-
  8. Throttle Valve Connection
  9. From Heater Core
  10. To Heater Core
  11. Coolant Thermostat
  12. Coolant Pump
