Upper Left Coolant Pipe, From 05/2010, Removing And Installing

Removal

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Carefully pull the engine cover off the 4 bolts one after the other -arrows-.

-- Remove the EGR Cooler Switch-Over Valve -N345- -1- from the bracket.

-- Remove the bolts -4- and the engine cover bolts -2-.

-- Free up the wiring harness -3- on the top of the coolant pipe on the left side.

-- Loosen the clamps -arrows- and remove the left upper coolant pipe.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory.

-- Fill the coolant, refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
