Left Rear Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

Removal

Fig 1: Identifying Hose Clamps -1 & 2-, EGR Cooler Switch-Over Valve -3- And Bolts -Arrows-

-- Remove the left intermediate pipe. Refer to LEFT INTERMEDIATE PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the EGR Cooler Switch-Over Valve 2 -N381- -3-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the left rear coolant pipe from the coolant hoses by loosening the hose clamps -1- and -2-.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory.

-- Install the left intermediate pipe. Refer to LEFT INTERMEDIATE PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill the coolant, refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
