Coolant Hose Connection Diagram

WARNING:
Risk of scalding due to hot steam and hot coolant.
- The coolant system is under pressure when the engine is warm.
- Reduce pressure by covering coolant reservoir cap with a cloth and carefully opening.
NOTE:
Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type .
Arrows on coolant pipes and ends of coolant hoses must align when Installation.
- Radiator
- Change the coolant after replacing.
- Coolant Pump
- Cylinder Head and Cylinder Block
- Change the coolant after replacing.
- Coolant Reservoir
- Coolant Reservoir Cap
- With a relief valve.
- Check the pressure relief valve, refer to COOLING SYSTEM, CHECKING FOR LEAKS .
- Water Pump -V36-
- To Heater Unit Heat Exchanger
- Replace coolant after replacing the heater heat exchanger.
- From Heater Unit Heat Exchanger
- Replace coolant after replacing the heater heat exchanger.
- Engine Oil Cooler
- Change the coolant after replacing.
- Coolant Thermostat
- Generator
