Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
Shaft Seal
- For crankshaft - belt pulley side
- Replacing. Refer to CRANKSHAFT SHAFT SEAL, BELT PULLEY SIDE, REPLACING .
Thermostat
- For the engine oil cooler
- Removing and installing. Refer to ENGINE OIL COOLER THERMOSTAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
Cover
- For the temperature regulator for the engine oil cooler
- Removing and installing. Refer to ENGINE OIL COOLER THERMOSTAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
O-ring
- Replace
Sealing Flange
- Belt pulley side
  CAUTION:
  Different versions.
  - The version of the seal (with our without metal carrier) is assigned to the version of the sealing flange.
  - Different versions with or without tensioner washer. Refer to Figure.
- Removing and installing. Refer to SEALING FLANGE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, BELT PULLEY SIDE .
O-ring
- Replace
Oil Temperature Sensor 2 -G664-
- Removing and installing. Refer to Oil Temperature Sensor 2 -G664-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 9 Nm
Bracket
- for Oil Temperature Sensor 2 -G664-
O-ring
- Replace
Cover
- For the belt pulley side sealing flange
- Removing and installing. Refer to BELT PULLEY SIDE SEALING FLANGE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 9 Nm
Seal
- Replace
Alignment Pins
- Quantity: 2
Seal
- Replace

-- Tighten the bolts in seven stages in the sequence shown.

Steps 1 to 3:

Step	Bolts	Tightening Specification
1.		Attach the sealing flange with the seal to the cylinder block
2.	-1-	Tighten for the idler roller -Item 6- OVERVIEW - RIBBED BELT DRIVE
3.	-2, 3, 4-	9 Nm

Steps 4 to 6:

Step	Bolts	Tightening Specification/Additional Turn
4.		Insert a temperature regulator for the engine oil cooler with the cover
5.	-10-	Install all the way in by hand.
6.	-1 to 19-	9 Nm
