EGR Cooler Pump

Removing

-- Carefully pull the engine cover -arrows- off the 4 bolts one after the other.

-- Disconnect the connector -2-.

-- Remove the bolts -1-.

-- Remove the coolant hoses, to do this, loosen the hose clamps -arrows-.

-- Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler pump -V400- with the engine lifting eye.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler pump from the engine lift eyelet.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

-- Fill with coolant FILLING .
