-- Move the front seat all the way forward.

-- Remove the lower B-pillar trim panel. Refer to B-PILLAR TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, LOWER B-PILLAR TRIM PANEL .

-- Remove the bolt -1- and remove the belt end fitting -2-.
