1. Ribbed Belt
   • Check for wear
   • Before removing, mark the direction of rotation using chalk or a felt-tip pen.
   • Removing and installing, refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Do not kink
   • When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the ribbed belt pulleys
2. Bolt
   • 20 Nm + 90° turn
   • Replace
3. Generator
   • Removing and installing, refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
4. Bolt
   • Tightening specification: 23 Nm .
5. Idler Roller Cover
6. Idler Roller for Ribbed Belt
   • Tightening specification: 40 Nm
7. Bolt
   • Tightening specification: 20 Nm
8. Coolant Pump Ribbed Belt Pulley
9. Bolt
   • Tightening specification: 9 Nm
10. Coolant Pump
    • Removing and installing, refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
11. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 20 Nm .
12. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 20 Nm .
13. Power Steering Pump Bracket
14. Slide Bushing
15. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 20 Nm .
16. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 20 Nm .
17. Power Steering Pump
    • Removing and installing, refer to POWER STEERING PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH DYNAMIC STEERING , or POWER STEERING PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITHOUT DYNAMIC STEERING .
18. Power Steering Pump Ribbed Belt Pulley
    • Removing and installing, refer to POWER STEERING PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH DYNAMIC STEERING , or POWER STEERING PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITHOUT DYNAMIC STEERING .
19. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 22 Nm .
20. Ribbed Belt Tensioner
    • Tightening specification: 40 Nm
    • Removing and installing, refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
21. Air Conditioning (A/C) Compressor Bracket
    • Be careful of the alignment bushings when installing
22. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 20 Nm
23. A/C Compressor
    • Do not remove or disconnect refrigerant lines
    • Removing and Installing, refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, MECHANICALLY-DRIVEN A/C COMPRESSOR for 3.2L .
    • Be careful of the alignment sleeves -25- when installing
24. Bolt
    • Tightening specifications, refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING - INSTALLING (refer to illustration 177) .
25. Alignment Sleeve
    • Quantity: 2
26. Tensioner Cover
27. Vibration Damper with Ribbed Belt Pulley
    • Removing and installing, refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Tighten the bolts -arrows- in a diagonal sequence in stages to 9 Nm.
