Charge Air Cooler, Removing And Installing, Hybrid Vehicles: Removing

-- Remove the impact member, refer to IMPACT MEMBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Free up the ventilation hose -2- for the headlamp housing.

-- Open the retainers -arrow-.

-- Push the air guide -1- carefully forward.

-- Remove the air guide hose from the charge air cooler by loosening the hose clamp -arrow-.

-- Remove the bolt -1-.

-- Remove the air guide hose from the charge air cooler by loosening the hose clamp -1-.

-- Push the lock downward -arrow A- and move the charge air cooler upward slightly in direction of -arrow B-.

-- Remove the charge air cooler upward from the radiator. Pay attention to the left air guide at the same time.
