Flange Shaft Ring, Replacing, 0BE, 0BF

• The ring can only be replaced with the final drive and the flange shaft removed.

Special Tools And Workshop Equipment Required 

• Thrust Plate VW 401
• Thrust Plate VW 402
• Punch VW 412
• Sleeve 40 - 21
• Seal Press Sleeve 2003/1 from the Seal Installer 2003
• Press Tube 3345
• -3- Separating Tool 22 to 115 mm, for example, Kukko Separating Tool 22-115 mm 17/2

• The rear final drive is removed. Refer to FINAL DRIVE .
• Flange shaft removed. Refer to LEFT SEAL, REPLACING, 0BE, 0BF .

• Protective ring installation location -A- : The larger outer circumference on the protective ring faces the Press Tube 3345.
