Charge Air Cooler, Removing And Installing, Hybrid Vehicles: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

If there are small impressions on the fins, refer to COOLER AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .

-- Install the air guide hoses and screw-type clamps, refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS, AIR GUIDE WITH SCREW-TYPE CLAMPS .

-- Install the lock carrier cover, bumper cover end plate and the air intake grille, refer to FRONT BUMPER COVER END PLATE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING , LOCK CARRIER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING and AIR INTAKE GRILLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
