1. Ribbed Belt
   • Check for wear
   • Do not kink
   • Before removing, mark the running direction using chalk or a felt-tip pen.
   • Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH HYDRAULIC POWER STEERING 
   • Ribbed belt routing. Refer to appropriate service information.the appropriate Service Information .
   • When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the belt pulleys
2. Idler Roller
   • 20 Nm
3. Bolt
   • 150 Nm + 90°
   • Always replace after removing
   • Use the Counterhold - Vibration Damper :T10355  to loosen and tighten
   • Coat the O-ring with engine oil
4. O-ring
   • Not a replacement part; supplied with the bolt -item 3-  OVERVIEW - CYLINDER BLOCK, BELT PULLEY SIDE, VEHICLES WITH HYDRAULIC POWER STEERING
5. Vibration Damper
   • With the ribbed belt pulley
   • Removing and installing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING 
6. Bolt
   • 40 Nm
7. Ribbed Belt Tensioner
   • To release tension on ribbed belt, pivot using a wrench.
   • Secure with the Belt Tensioner Locking Tool :T40098 
   • Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONING DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH HYDRAULIC POWER STEERING 
8. Sub-Assembly Bracket
   • With oil filter and engine oil cooler
   • Removing and installing the sub-assembly bracket. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Removing and installing the engine oil cooler. Refer to ENGINE OIL COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
9. Generator
   • Removing and installing. Refer to GENERATOR .
10. Bolt
    • Tightening specification. Refer to GENERATOR .
11. Bolt
    • Tightening sequence. Refer to appropriate service information. .
12. Bolt
    • Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - POWER STEERING PUMP
13. Sleeve
14. Power Steering Pump
    • Removing and installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - POWER STEERING PUMP .
15. A/C Compressor
    • Do not remove or disconnect the refrigerant lines
    • Removing and installing. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR .
16. Bolt
    • Tightening specification. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR .
17. Alignment Sleeve
    • For the A/C compressor
    • Quantity: 2
18. Bolt
    • Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - POWER STEERING PUMP
