Auxiliary Components Bracket, Removing And Installing, Vehicles With Hydraulic Power Steering: Removing

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Remove the ribbed belt tensioner. Refer to CYLINDER BLOCK, BELT PULLEY SIDE .

-- Disconnect the connectors -1 and 4- from the Oil Pressure Switch - F22- and Reduced Oil Pressure Switch - F378-.

-- Remove the bolts -1 and 2- and move the front coolant pipe upward.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -arrows- and remove the air duct hose.

-- Remove the generator. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the A/C compressor from the sub-assembly bracket and with the refrigerant hoses connected tie it up to the left side. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the power steering pump and with the hydraulic lines attached place on the longitudinal member. Refer to OVERVIEW - POWER STEERING PUMP .
