Turbocharger, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal And Note The Following:
- Replace The Bolts That Were Tightened With An Additional Turn After Removing Them.
- Replace Seals, Gaskets, O-Rings And Self-Locking Nuts After Disassembly.
- Coat The Turbocharger Stud Bolts With Hot Bolt Past.
- Hose Connections And Charge Air System Hoses Must Be Free Of Oil And Grease Before Installing.
- Secure All Hose Connections With Hose Clamps That Match The Ones Used In Series Production.
- Add Oil To Turbocharger Through Oil Feed Line Connecting Piece.
- Used Coolant Cannot Be Used Again.

-- Check The Oil Level. Refer To ENGINE OIL .
-- Fill With Coolant. Refer To COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
-- Install The Engine Cover. Refer To ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
There Are Additional Procedures Depending On The Model. Refer To TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING - [FOR ENGINE CODES : CABB, CABA, CABD, CAEA, CAEB, CDHB, CDNB, CDNC, CDHA, CDZA, CADA, CCUA, CFKA, CPMA, CAED, CPMB, CHJA, CPEA] .
- After Installing The Turbocharger, Let The Engine Idle For Approximately One Minute Without Increasing The Engine Speed. This Ensures Adequate Oil Supply To The Turbocharger.
