Removal And Installation: Radiator

Special tools and workshop equipment required

Removing

NOTE:

If there are small impressions on the fins. Refer to COOLERS, CONDENSERS AND CHARGE AIR COOLERS .

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Remove fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD .

-- Remove air guide hose -arrows-.

-- Remove the upper coolant hose -arrow- from the radiator.

-- Remove the bolts -1 and 2- and remove the radiator upward.

Installing

For the correct tightening specifications, refer to RADIATOR, FAN SHROUD AND COOLANT FAN OVERVIEW .

Installation is carried out in the reverse order while noting the following:

-- Air guides, installing with connector. Refer to AIR GUIDE PIPES AND HOSES WITH CONNECTOR COUPLING

-- Install the fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD .

-- Fill the coolant system. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
