Overview - Electric Vacuum Pump, Except RS 5

The construction of the vacuum pump V192 depends on the engine.

The Brake System Vacuum Pump -V192- is switched on by the engine control module depending on the intake manifold pressure.

   • Removing and installing. Refer to BRAKE ELECTRIC VACUUM PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, EXCEPT RS 5 .
   • Checking. Refer to VACUUM SYSTEM, CHECKING, EXCEPT RS 5 .

5. Brake System Vacuum Pump -V192-
   • Removing and installing. Refer to ELECTRIC VACUUM PUMP BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, EXCEPT RS 5 .
6. Bracket Nut
   • 20 Nm
