1. Ribbed Belt
   • Check for wear
   • Before removing, mark direction of rotation using chalk or felt-tip marker
   • Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH HYDRAULIC POWER STEERING .
   • Do not kink
   • When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the ribbed belt pulleys
2. Bolt
   • 20 Nm +90° turn
   • Replace
3. Generator
   • Removing and installing. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
4. Bolt
   • Tightening specification: .

     Steel bolt - 23 Nm

     Aluminum bolt - 8 Nm +180°

5. Idler Roller Cover
6. Idler Roller for Ribbed Belt
   • 40 Nm
   • 37 Nm when using Wrench - Door Adjusting 3320
7. Bolt
   • Tightening specification and sequence: diagonally in stages to 9 Nm
8. Bolt
   • Tightening specification: 20 Nm
9. Coolant Pump Ribbed Belt Pulley
   • Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
10. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 9 Nm
11. Coolant Pump
    • Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
12. Sealing Flange, Belt Pulley Side
    • Replacing. Refer to SEALING FLANGE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, BELT PULLEY SIDE .
13. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 25 Nm.
14. Power Steering Pump Bracket
15. Slide Bushing
16. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 25 Nm.
17. Power Steering Pump
    • Removing and installing. Refer to VANE PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
18. Power Steering Pump Belt Pulley
    • Removing and installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - POWER STEERING PUMP .
19. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 22 Nm
20. Ribbed Belt Tensioner
    • 40 Nm
    • Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH HYDRAULIC POWER STEERING .
21. A/C Compressor Bracket
    • Removing and installing. Refer to Compressor, removing and installing from bracket .
22. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: .
      1. Aluminum bolts (item -A-) 8 Nm +180°
      2. Steel bolts (here -B- and -C-) 25 Nm
23. A/C Compressor
    • Do not unfasten/separate refrigerant lines
    • Removing and installing. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
24. Bolt
    • Tightening specification:
      1. Aluminum bolts (item -A-) 8 Nm +180°
      2. Steel bolts (here -B- and -C-) 25 Nm
25. Alignment Sleeve
    • Quantity: 2
26. Tensioner Cover
27. Vibration Damper
    • With double ribbed belt pulley
    • Removing and installing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Tighten the bolts -arrows- diagonally in stages to 9 Nm.
