Blue = large coolant circuit.

Red = small coolant circuit.

Yellow = cylinder block coolant circuit.

Brown = heating circuit.

The arrows show the coolant flow direction.

- Change the coolant after replacing

- Removing and installing, refer to HEATER CORE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Change the coolant after replacing

- Removing and installing, refer to Coolant Recirculation Pump -V50-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor -G62-
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Cooler
- Change the coolant after replacing
Check Valve
Reducing Agent Injector -N474-
- Only for vehicles with the engine codes CTBA and CTBC
Check Valve
Cylinder Head
- Cylinder bank 2 (left)
- Change the coolant after replacing
Cover
- Check the pressure relief valve, refer to COOLING SYSTEM, CHECKING FOR LEAKS => Pressure Relief Valve in Cap, Checking (See Figure).
