Charge Air Cooler, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the front noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Right Charge Air Cooler: 

-- Release and remove the upper and lower charge air pressure hose on the charge air cooler. Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS, CONNECTOR COUPLINGS .

Left Charge Air Cooler:

-- Release and remove the lower charge air pressure hose on the charge air cooler. Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS, CONNECTOR COUPLINGS .

Continuation for Both Sides: 

Fig 1: Slightly Pry Off The Tabs -1 And 2- And Remove The Air Shroud In The -Direction Of The Arrow-.

-- Slightly pry off the straps -1 and 2- and remove the air duct in the direction of the -arrow-.

-- Slightly pry off the strap -1- and remove the air shroud in the direction of the -arrow-.

-- Remove the bolts -1 to 3- and then remove the radiator.
