Rear lights / rear light bulb holder, removing and installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Removing 

CAUTION:
  • Switch off all electrical components.
  • Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.

Installing 

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

NOTE:
  • Replace adjusting nut with damaged seal.

NOTE:
  • Tail lamp must engage in cover guides.
  • Press retaining bolts - 1  - into clip nuts at outside.
  • Press cover onto tail lamp until it engages audibly.
  • Tighten nut.

Tightening torque

Tail lamp to body 3.5
