1. Cylinder Head Gasket
   • Replacing. Refer To CYLINDER HEAD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Installed Position: The Part Number Faces The Cylinder Head
   • Change the coolant and engine oil after replacing
2. Bolt
   • 25 Nm 
3. Engine Lifting Eye
4. Bolt
   • Replace After Removing.
   • Loosening. Refer To Fig 2 .
   • Tightening Specification and sequence. Refer To Fig 3.
5. Cylinder Head
   • Removing And Installing. Refer To CYLINDER HEAD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Checking For Distortion. Refer To Figure .
   • Change The Coolant And Engine Oil After Replacing
   • Do Not Rework The Upper Sealing Surface
   • Only Replace Together With The Cylinder Head Cover
   • Check Valve, Removing and Installing. Refer To CHECK VALVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Bolt
   • Replace After Removing.
   • Loosening. Refer To The Appropriate Service Information. .
   • Tightening Specification And Sequence. Refer To Fig 3.
7. O-Ring
   • Only 2.0L Engine
   • Check For Damage
   • No Replacement Part: Included In The Cam Adjustment Actuator Delivery Package
   • Coat With Engine Oil
8. Cam Adjustment Actuator
   • Only 2.0L Engine
   • Removing and Installing. Refer To CAM ADJUSTMENT ACTUATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
9. Bolt
   • 5 Nm 
   • Only 2.0L Engine
10. O-Ring
    • Replace After Removing.
    • Lubricate With Engine Oil
11. Plugs
    • 5 Nm 
    • With Ball Head For The Engine Cover
12. Cap
    • With Seal
13. O-Ring
    • Replace After Removing.
    • Lubricate With Engine Oil
14. Plugs
15. To Intake Manifold
16. Heat Shield
17. Bolt
    • 20 Nm 
18. Bolt

19. To the Intake Manifold/Turbocharger

26. Seal
    • Replace If Damaged

    • Replace If Damaged
28. Vacuum Pump
    • Removing And Installing. Refer To VACUUM PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
29. Bolt
    • Tightening Specification. Refer To VACUUM PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
30. Connection

    • 9 Nm 
33. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing.
    • Coat with coolant

-- Loosen The Cylinder Head Bolts In The Sequence -1 To 10-.

• Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn after removing them.

• Bolt differences: 
• Bolt without collar
• Bolt with collar -arrow-
