-- Remove the driver side instrument panel cover. Refer to DRIVER SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connector -C-, if applicable.

-- Remove the bolts -A- and remove the left footwell vent -B-. Refer to DRIVER SIDE FOOTWELL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Actuate the clutch pedal -1- in direction of -arrow-. Press the Over-Center Spring Assembly Clamp T40025 over the stretched over-center spring -2-.

-- Press the clutch pedal -1- all the way down and remove the over-center spring -2- downward using the Over-Center Spring Assembly Clamp T40025.
