  • When routing the vacuum lines, make sure they are not kinked, twisted or pinched.

  1. To Vacuum Pump
    • in oil pan
  2. Turbine Switch-Over Valve -N529-
  3. Check Valve
    • Pay attention to the installed position.
  4. EGR Cooler Switch-Over Valve -N345-
  5. Wastegate Bypass Regulator Valve -N75-
  6. Cylinder Head Coolant Valve -N489-
  7. Adjusting Element
    • Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler
  8. Vacuum Diaphragm
    • For boost pressure regulation
  9. Vacuum Diaphragm
    • For the Turbine Switch-Over Valve -N529-
    • With Control Valve Position Sensor -G584-
  10. To the Brake Booster
  11. Coolant Shut-Off Valve
  12. To Vacuum Reservoir
