Front Axle Camber, Determining, SPORTBACK, RHD

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 9 other vehicles, including the 2018 Audi S6, 2018 Audi A6 Quattro, 2018 Audi A6, 2017 Audi S6, and 2017 Audi A6 Quattro. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

For The Audi Sportback With Right Hand Drive, The Front Axle Camber Is Determined By The Distance Between The Center Of The Wheel And The Lower Edge Of The Fender.

-- Measure the distance -a- at the right and left front wheels between the center of the wheel and the lower edge of the fender.

Example: Determining The Camber For Suspension 1BA:

Camber = specified camber + [(measured distance -a- on left side of vehicle + measured distance -a- on right side of vehicle): 2 - specified distance]

Camber = -53' + [(measured distance -a- on left side of vehicle + measured distance -a- on right side of vehicle): 2 - 396 mm]

NOTE:

1' camber = 1 mm vehicle height

Example: The Following Table Shows the Front Axle Camber for Suspension 1BA Based on the Determined Distance -a- from the Left and Right Side of the Vehicle.

NOTE:

Determined Distance -A- From The Left And Right Side Of The Vehicle = (Measured Distance -A- On Left Side Of Vehicle + Measured Distance -A- On Right Side Of Vehicle): 2
