Right Combination Valve, Removing And Installing: Removing

NOTE:

During Installation, All Cable Ties Must Be Installed At The Same Location.

-- Remove the right front muffler. Refer to FRONT MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove Right Front Wheel Housing Liner. Refer to FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the right heat shield -1-.

-- Free up the Oxygen Sensor 2 after Catalytic Converter -G131- wire.

-- Remove the bolt -1- and nuts -arrows-. Then remove the right catalytic converter from the exhaust manifold and move it to the rear.

-- Remove the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-. Refer to THROTTLE VALVE CONTROL MODULE -J338-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the electrical connector -2- on EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 -N80- and disconnect the vacuum hose -3- by pressing the release buttons.

-- Disengage the EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 -N80- from the bracket free it up and move to the side with the hoses connected.

NOTE:

Ignore item -1-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the heat shield -1-.

-- Remove the vacuum line -3- from the Secondary Air Injection (AIR) combination valve.

-- Remove the AIR hose -2- by pressing both the release buttons.

-- Remove the bolts -4-, remove the right AIR combination valve and remove the bolts -1- for the AIR hose.
