Right Exhaust Manifold, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal. Note The Following: 

NOTE:

Replace seals and self-locking nuts after disassembly.

Coat the thread on the nut with hot bolt paste. Refer to the parts information.

Secure all hose connections with standard production hose clamps. Refer to the parts information.

-- Position the exhaust manifold with the catalytic converter seal and tighten the nuts. Refer to Figure.

-- Install the right catalytic converter. Refer to RIGHT CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the Heated Oxygen Sensor -G39-. Refer to HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR -G39- /OXYGEN SENSOR AFTER THREE WAY CATALYTIC CONVERTER -G130-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

NOTE:

Do not reuse used coolant.

-- Fill the coolant. Refer to FILLING .
