Emergency Flasher Button -E229-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Remove the center instrument panel vent. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release the tabs in direction of -arrows-.
